Fingerprint problem

Hi @all I have a strange problem, my fingerprint sensor doesn't work anymore on lock screen. My phone is original with the latest firmware. It happen today I tried and deleted the fingerprints and make new one, but on locksreen then the same it won't recognize any of them. Can some one please help me?
