I have a HTC 10 that seems to be playing up. Phone runs very hot with mediaserver at the top of battery usage also my sound seems to be skipping on videos. Apps such as YouTube the sound breaks up but this appears to be intermittent. I have tried a normal factory reset but it started doing it straight away.
The device is S-Off so whats the best way to try and fix it? Completely reflash an RUU from the relevant thread?
