Updated all software and OS
ZUI verson 1.5.234
CPU Qualcomm MSM8974AC 2.5Ghz
Android version 6.0
Windows 10
Turn phone on, normal boot to Zui.
Device Manager shows Portable Devices - Zuk Z1
Copy photos and other information from phone to computer.
Installed ZUK_UsbDriver_1.0.5.exe
Installed Qualcomm QHSUSB Driver
Settings -> Advanced settings -> Developer Options -> On -> USB debugging (enabled).
*Don't have "Enable 'OEM unlocking" under Developer options.
Commputer PnP's
Device Manager shows Portable Devices - Zuk Z1
Deivce Manager shows ShenQi ADB Device - ShenQi Composite ADB Interface
open CMD
CD to adb
Command: adb devices
Returns: cd3cb86c device
Command: adb reboot-bootloader
Returns: (puts the phone into fastboot mode)
SN: cd3cdb86c
Status: locked
Command: fastboot -i 0x2b4c devices
Returns: cd3cdb86c fastboot
Command: fastboot -i 0x2b4c oem device-info
Returns:
(bootloader) Device tampered: false
(bootloader) Device unlocked: false
(bootloader) Device unlocked: false
(bootloader) Charger screen enabled: false
(bootloader) Display panel:
OKAY [ 0.010s]
finished. total time: 0.015s
Turn phone off (still connected to USB cable and computer).
Hold volume down, hold power button.
Returns:
0. SD Update
1. Restore QCN
2. Save Param
3. Reboot
enter back
Deivce Manager shows ShenQi ADB Device - ShenQi Composite ADB Interface
QPST Configuration -> add port shows USB/Unknown (ShenQi HS-USB Diagnostics)
Clicked OK.
Software Download, Backup, clicked OK.

Now. This is where I want feedback.
I have no "Allow OEM unlocking" or "Enable OEM unlocking" (or anything that says OEM Anything) in Developer Options.
I've read every thread in this xda forum for the Zuk (with exception of the 500+ post TWRP thread).
I've seen multiple people state they also do not have the option listed in Developer Options, but no one seems to address it.
I really, really hate ZukUI. Not to mention I can't access Google Play store.
...but that's a different issue. ;)
Can I have a couple people give recommendations on unlocking the bootloader? Please tell me I can do this.
