I ask for help to upgrade my tablet.

For my Tablet 7' Estar Easy HD Dual Core A23 Android 4.2.2 v2.0, is worth upgrading the operating system?

I need help to
  1. upgrade the OS - if it is worth.
  2. making root.
  3. increase the internal memory with the memory card.
