I've been looking for a solution for this for well over a year now so any feedback or people with experience would be greatly appreciated. I'm even willing to pay for advice/work if need be.
For a long time I have used various Linux distro's on my spare laptop using a (Live-USB setup) in which I place a bootable Linux image on the USB and boot from the USB while the filesystem runs in RAM and nothing gets saved to the HD aka "non-persistent usb".
I'm breaking my neck to be able to create a pre-built android image with my custom app in the image - then boot this from a SD card every time the phone starts up. This would be used daily and no information would be able to be stored on the internal HD (may even remove the HD if the phone will still run).
Hopefully someone on here has the knowledge and/or experience to point me in the best direction.
