Rebooted my Nexus 6 and it deleted my userdata partition

Okay so here's what happened:
  1. I flashed the developer preview 2, and had been using it for weeks, it's amazing so I stayed there.
  2. Wanted to go back to MM6.0.1 so I flashed the newest MOB30i, something went horribly wrong and it wouldn't boot, so I restored a Nandroid back to DevPrev2.
  3. Used it for two days. I downloaded the stock image for NPC31K in order to have it on my phone to have the boot.IMG ready and other things.
  4. Finished downloading it and started downloading MOB30i also on the phone.
  5. While it was downloading, I was extracting npc31k with the RAR app, so I went into the tgz file and the INTO the zip inside to get the system.IMG out of the tgz and out of the zip, this makes RAR extract temporary data...
  6. Notices the phone hiccup once and suddenly the new download was gone, after a while the phone became totally unresponsive, it froze, I couldn't turn off the screen, tap, swipe, nothing.
  7. Resetted the phone into recovery, cleared caches and rebooted back in.
  8. Went into RAR app info and deleted the data /cache for it since it was over 800MB... Uninstalled RAR
  9. Everything was OK, except that the processors were running a bit high, neverminded that and went to sleep.
  10. Just woke up and noticed the processors high, so I opened flashify and went to menu-> reboot.
  11. Loaded just fine, my apps are all here, but all my pictures, folders, downloads, Nandroid backups inside twrp are GONE. Everything in /sdcard/ got deleted.

What could've happened?
