Xperia Z not charging [start charging when battery reaches 0%]

hey ... i m new here and cant find any topic related to my issue.. so i m using xperia z (c6602) and got charging issues ... it doesn't charge my mobile while mobile is on or off .. just showing charging icon while mobile is off but doesn't charge .. but when battery reaches 0% it start charging automatically and stop until i plugged out
