N910f E:failed to mount /efs (Invalid argument) after installing stock room

I get E:failed to mount /efs (Invalid argument) error after installing stock rom and the phone is not saving WIFI passwords and when I'm*#06# the SN is none but I still get the IMEI... and I have EFS backup but i dont know how to restore the efs or fix that error that I got when I installed the Stock ROM... Is there any way to fix that ?:(
