I need to know how to enter recovery mode (I already tried but I can't) or how to S-OFF without entering android and, the most important thing, how to flash or at least how to wipe data and factory reset.
I have fastboot and adb, both on windows and ubuntu.

I already tried on htcdev.com but I thing I need to enter android and actually I can't: my little brother messed up with the authentication and i'm unable to unlock the device.
