samsung core prime VE SM-G361H lost gmail password

recently i`ve reset my galaxy core prime ( SM-G361H ) but it had asked me for the gmail adresse and password ,the problem that i`ve forget the password and i can`t access to my gmail anymore :crying: :crying: , but my phone won`t be activated without that :( , i think it was kind of security called FRP (factory reset protection) , i can`t access to anything i`ve tried the method with sidesync but it doesn`t work with my device :crying: :crying: :crying:
