for me this workaround does not work or only partly..

I cannot restore apps via titanium backup from my external SD, allthough I did the workaround with menu - settings - backup folder location and set it to DocumentProvider storage.
When I do so I can backup my apps and data to external SD but NOT restore, what can I do?
I can only restore data but not the App itself..
Setting SElinux to permissive also does not work
I have a screenshot of the logcat in attachment, something seems to be missing, maybe someone could help me..
I have the problem on Resurrection Remix 5.6.4, BlissPop, AICP11... on CM12.1 it is working..
