I traded my s7e for an unlocked htc 10 purchased from HTC directly. I have a copy of the original invoice, box, etc. I'm wondering if I can use the uh oh protection if I needed it. The invoice has the original owners name and address on it. I would think that I would be able to make a claim since I'm the end user and have all required paperwork but the uh oh terms and conditions are worded very poorly. Does anyone know if I could make a claim if needed?
