I've been using my silver glacier white unlocked HTC 10 for awhile now on T-Mobile network and haven't been able to get certain LTE bands such as band 4, but I recently followed the Debranding guide and changed my CID and MID from Taiwan to US Developer unlocked with s-off, root, and TWRP, and updated my ROM using the RUU exe and can confirm that I'm now getting the missing bands that I had when I was using my Taiwan based ROM.
