Where did the torch light hidden setting go?

I scoured the settings-activities using a custom shortcut app. No torchlight or any flashlight settings like previous models. The notification bar takes about 20 seconds to go from off locked to get to flashlight. You have to unlock, swipe down, swipe down select flashlight (and then hope screen doesn't lock otherwise you must repeat). I am used to tap screen on, then off, then hold volume key to turn flashlight on. 5 seconds top. Please post if you figure out how to get this back!
