Wireless switch too slow turning on

Hi guys..

Im using Note 3 N9005 model on stock official rom from samung.

BB version: N9005DXUGBOK3
Build: LRX21V.N9005DXUGBOK3

Kernel 3.4.0-6408191

Before on 4.4, enabling wifi is just quick but now on Android 5.0 it takes min 2 to 3 mins before the wireless switch turns on. Either by clicking on the quick icons above or going through Settings option ends with same results.

As usual, I tried to reset the phone, deleting cache and partition, started with or without memory card,

Same issue..
